If you’ve ordered Custom Insoles or Custom 3D Printed Insoles from us before, you can easily reorder a repeat pair—no additional steps needed. Just place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’re ordering the Recover Service, simply place your order as well, and we’ll email you the address to send your insoles to for recovery.
Repeat Custom Insoles
If you’ve previously ordered custom insoles from us, we have your unique foot design securely stored in our database. This means you won’t need to complete another impression kit—we can simply produce a repeat pair based on your original scan. Repeat pairs are priced at £119 and are a convenient option if you’d like multiple sets for different shoes, so you don’t have to keep swapping them around.
Repeat 3D Printed Insoles
If you’ve already ordered custom 3D printed insoles from us, there’s no need to redo the impression kit—we’ve securely saved your unique foot design in our system. This allows you to easily order repeat pairs, which are £109 per pair. They're ideal if you want additional sets for different shoes, giving you the same comfort and support without the hassle of moving insoles between footwear.
Re-cover Spenco Top Cover
If the top cover of your insoles is showing signs of wear and tear but the base is still in good condition, we offer a Recover Service. For £50, we’ll replace the worn Spenco top cover with a fresh one, restoring comfort and extending the life of your insoles.
