Foot Conditions
Here is some information on foot conditions that we maybe able to help treat, and reduce pain...
Plantar Fasciitis
What is it?
Plantar Fasciitis is a regular cause of heel pain. It presupposes inflammation of a wide band of tissue that runs across the sole of your foot which connects your heel bone to your toes the plantar fascia. Your Plantar Fascia is in the shape of a bowstring, supporting the arch of your foot and absorbing shock when you walk. If tension and stress on this bowstring become too great, small tears can occur in the fascia.

Plantar Fasciitis
Benefits using Custom Insoles
Custom-made insoles help with plantar fasciitis by providing tailored arch support, proper foot alignment, and enhanced cushioning. They reduce strain on the plantar fascia, absorb shock, and distribute weight evenly to relieve heel and arch pain. Unlike generic insoles, they are designed specifically for your foot shape, offering long-term comfort and preventing further irritation.

Over Pronation
What is it?
Overpronation is the over-rolling of the ankle inward as you walk. A slight inward rolling of the ankle is perfectly natural part of walking, but a suprisingly larger number of people have too much of a roll. this puts you at risk of a range of instability- related injuries, and can cause pain in your ankles, feet and heels.

Over Pronation
Benefits using Custom Insoles
Comfort custom insoles are designed to provide stability and reduce the inward rolling motion of the foot, promoting a more neutral foot alignment. By realigning the foot and redistributing pressure, these insoles can help alleviate pain and discomfort caused by overpronation.
