The insoles consist of a hard plastic shell which is CNC milled to your footshape, this is guaranteed not to break for 5 years. The insoles are covered with a shock absorbing cover which isn't guaranteed but can be replaced at a modest cost.

Yes if you have a leg length difference we can build this into the design as long you carefully specify how much heel raise you need and for which foot.

Although we try very hard and have a fantastic record of treating foot pain, obviously we cannot guarantee that you'll be completely cured of foot pain, but we promise to do our best to help you.

We than add a shock absorbing, moisture wicking and anti-bacterial top cover (which can be replaced once worn) The plastic part of the custom insoles is guaranteed for 5 years against breakage.
