Made from high quality polypropylene to your foots exacting shape and size, these Custom Insoles will provide support and relief to your feet for years to come.
After capturing your foot shape in the foam impression kit, we 3D laser scan then CAD design your custom insoles before accurately CNC milling them on our high speed machining centre.
We then add a shock absorbing, moisture wicking and anti-bacterial top cover called Spenco (which can be replaced once worn)
The plastic part of the custom insoles is guaranteed for 5 years against breakage.
We make the process simple and straightforward. Once you place your order, we’ll send you a foam impression kit with clear step-by-step instructions. All you need to do is stand in the foam to create an accurate mould of your feet—it only takes a minute.
The kit also includes:
• A prepaid return label
• Instructions on how to trace your current insoles for perfect fit
Once we receive your impressions, we begin designing your custom insoles right away—often the same working day.
Custom insoles are designed specifically for your feet, providing a personalised fit that off-the-shelf insoles can’t offer. They’re made to support your unique arch shape, gait, and any foot conditions you may have, such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or high arches.
Unlike generic insoles, custom ones help distribute pressure evenly, reduce foot fatigue, and improve comfort—especially if you're on your feet all day. They also improve alignment and posture, helping to prevent pain in your knees, hips, and lower back.
Plus, custom insoles are made from high-quality materials, making them more durable and effective in the long term. While off-the-shelf insoles may offer temporary relief, custom insoles deliver targeted, lasting support.
Yes, we can! If you require a heel lift, leg length correction, or any custom modification to one foot, we’re happy to accommodate.
When placing your order, simply let us know:
• Which foot needs the adjustment (left or right)
• How many millimetres the lift should be
We’ll build the modification directly into the insole to ensure it’s secure, comfortable, and blends seamlessly with your custom fit.
If you’re unsure what you need, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help.
Poly-propylene insoles only not 3d printed insoles***
All of our custom-made insoles are produced using the same high-quality polypropylene base and follow the same manufacturing protocols. Each pair is finished with a Spenco top cover, so they will all look the same from the top in terms of finish and appearance.
The difference lies in how we design the insole to suit your specific needs. This is most noticeable from the side view, where the arch profile and support features are adjusted.
For example, if you order insoles for sports, we design them with a higher arch profile to provide increased support, stability, and help manage the demands of high-impact activity.
If you order insoles for foot pain, the arch profile is slightly lower and carefully shaped to support your foot in a comfortable way, helping to reduce strain without causing additional discomfort.
So while all insoles share the same materials, top cover, and overall look, the internal design and side profile are customised to suit your activity and condition.
How long do custom insoles last?
The insoles consist of a hard plastic shell which is CNC milled to your footshape, this is guaranteed not to break for 5 years.
The insoles are covered with a shock absorbing cover which isn't guaranteed but can be replaced at a modest cost.
